What’s New, Life Hacks, Mother’s Day Free Printable, and More!

Hey y’all! I have been super busy this week and did not spend as much time on this amazing blog as I should have, so today I am doing a weekly wrap up rather than several smaller posts. First I will start with how great of a week it has been! My husband just started his internship at an engineering firm (YAY!!!), we went to the zoo with my lovely sister-in-law, went to the Native American Festival, attended a great birthday party, made many trips to the park, Cate Crafts set up at a local craft fair that I do regularly, Artisan Alley in Deland, and more!

Pictures of our lovely week:

Next! I added some great Mother’s Day cards to the Cate Crafts Etsy shop! Don’t y’all go out and buy a card at Walmart now!!!!! Support small business 😉 Here they are!

Rather than a tutorial this week I am going to share a life hack. I shared this trick with two friends this week who had no idea! I though everyone knew about mobile coupons! So… if you go to your local craft store chain (Hobby Lobby, Joann Fabric, or Michaels), there are always mobile coupons you can pull up at the register. I used a 20% off your whole purchase coupon at Michael’s today- including sale items!

Hobby Lobby is the easiest to pull up. Just type Hobby Lobby into your smart phone search engine, the first result has a link that says COUPON. Touch there and you have it! It is for 40% off a regular priced item and that never changes.

Joann Fabric is super easy too! Type Joann Fabric into the engine and the first result has a little coupon link as well. Click it and you get a variety of coupons to choose from. Hint: At Joann Fabric you can use more than one coupon as long as it is different, for example you can use a 20% off your whole purchase coupon and a 50% off a regular priced item together.

Michaels is pretty much the same. The multiple coupon use is the same there. Go to Michaels.com on your phone and a little coupon tab will pop up at the bottom. Click it and you have them!

Lastly, here  is a free printable Happy Momma Day card for anyone who would like! Download the PDF here! Cut on the lines, fold in half and you are good to go!

Thanks, everyone! I hope the week to come is amazing for you!

Love, Sarah
